Description
The Pearl Fairies in this book are matched with sayings, both profound and nonsensical, which I have gathered over my lifetime.
Here, a few, Pearls of “Wisedom’:
“As I walked out the door towards the gate that would lead to my freedom, I knew that if I didn’t leave my bitterness behind, I’d still be in prison.” Nelson Mandela
“Beauty and seduction are nature’s tools of survival because we will protect what we fall in love with. It reminds us that we are a part of nature and we’re not separate from it. This is the love story that feeds the earth.” Louie Schwartsberg, The Hidden Beauty of Pollination

Pearls of Wisedom Book 1
I was absolutely delighted with my purchase of ‘Pearls of Wisedom book 1’.
The wonderful illustrations by Glenda Wise instantly engage the eyes in a feast of luscious imagery.
Never before have fairies been so vibrantly depicted and with such joyousness.
These are grown up fairies brash, serene, sexy, glamorous, always powerful.
There are thirty named fairies in the book and my favourite is the exotically titled ‘Lotus Lily La Plume’.
The accompanying text is a mixture of poetry and inspirational exerpts drawn from a variety of sources.
I open this book frequently to read some short snippets and to delight in Ms Wise’s exquisite paintings.
